Canadian International School Bangladesh (CISB) is an English-medium international school in Dhaka offering education from Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 12. Established in 2005, the school delivers a Canadian curriculum accredited by the Education Ministry of Nova Scotia, Canada. Students follow Canadian programmes throughout their schooling and can continue into the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) during the high school years. The school combines Canadian educational standards with an international learning environment and serves students from a variety of national backgrounds. CISB states that it is the only K–12 school in Bangladesh combining Ontario curriculum elements in the earlier grades with Canadian provincial programmes in the upper grades. The school is also accredited by the International Baccalaureate Organization for the Diploma Programme. A distinctive feature of CISB is its dual pathway in the senior years, allowing students to pursue either the Canadian graduation route or the IB Diploma Programme.
