Tuition fees (annual and per-installment by programme/ year group)
- Pre‑School (standard annual fee for 2026–2027): EUR 4,700. Per installment (two equal instalments): EUR 2,350.
- Bulgarian and British Curriculum (Grade 1–12, standard annual fee for 2026–2027): EUR 5,700. Per installment (two equal instalments): EUR 2,850.
- International Baccalaureate (IB Diploma Programme, standard annual fee for 2026–2027): EUR 7,000. Per installment (two equal instalments): EUR 3,500.
Application / enrolment deposit
- A deposit of EUR 1,000 is required upon submission of an application for enrollment. This deposit is included in the annual tuition fee and is deducted from the total when the education contract is signed. The deposit is non‑refundable in the event of withdrawal or termination by the client, and proportionally spent amounts for the time the student has attended school are deducted.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Tuition is billed in two installments and payment is made via bank transfer according to the deadlines specified in the education contract. In case of failure to meet payment deadlines, interest of 5% of the annual fee is charged for the period defined in the contract.
- Transportation fees are charged monthly in advance; the monthly fee is payable even if the student is absent. When two children from the same family use transportation, the family pays one and a half transportation fees. Lunch fees are charged monthly in advance.
Boarding fees
- The school operates as a day school; boarding facilities are not provided. (Boarding facilities: DAY.)
Other obligatory or potential additional costs
- Alignment/entry tutoring (when required after the entry test): EUR 1,000 per subject for the 2026–2027 academic year.
- Additional expenses that may apply: textbooks for Bulgarian and British educational standards; security services; school uniforms; additional educational materials; drug testing for students aged over 14; certificate, exam and diploma administrative fees for British and other international examination bodies; and other optional activities requested by parents. Specific amounts for these items are charged separately.
Refunds and withdrawal handling
- The EUR 1,000 deposit is treated as part of the annual tuition and is non‑refundable if the family withdraws or terminates the contract; fees already proportionally spent for the student's attendance are deducted. Other refund conditions follow the terms specified in the signed education contract, and late‑payment interest and deductions are applied as described in the contract.
Fee payment options
- Primary method of payment: bank transfer. Installment payments and monthly charges (transportation, lunch) are processed via bank transfer as specified in the education contract.
