Application / enrolment deposit
- A deposit of EUR 1,000 is required upon submission of an application for enrollment. This deposit is included in the annual tuition fee and is deducted from the total when the education contract is signed. The deposit is non‑refundable in the event of withdrawal or termination by the client, and proportionally spent amounts for the time the student has attended school are deducted.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Tuition is billed in two installments and payment is made via bank transfer according to the deadlines specified in the education contract. In case of failure to meet payment deadlines, interest of 5% of the annual fee is charged for the period defined in the contract.
- Transportation fees are charged monthly in advance; the monthly fee is payable even if the student is absent. When two children from the same family use transportation, the family pays one and a half transportation fees. Lunch fees are charged monthly in advance.

Boarding fees

Other obligatory or potential additional costs
- Alignment/entry tutoring (when required after the entry test): EUR 1,000 per subject for the 2026–2027 academic year.

- The EUR 1,000 deposit is treated as part of the annual tuition and is non‑refundable if the family withdraws or terminates the contract; fees already proportionally spent for the student's attendance are deducted. Other refund conditions follow the terms specified in the signed education contract, and late‑payment interest and deductions are applied as described in the contract.

Application and eligibility: To apply for Grades 1, 5, or 8, or to transfer into other grades, parents must submit a completed application form along with a copy of the birth certificate, the child's report card or certificate, and a residency permit. The IB admission exam is scheduled as part of IB Year 1 admissions, with specific dates published for the year (e.g., late June and late August). Results of the Classic test and IB exam are published by September 1, 2026. 4. Progression and spots: Availability is published for 2026–2027, with specific limits per grade (e.g., up to 12 for Pre-school and Grade 1, up to 18 for Grade 5, Grade 8, and IB Year 1). Progression to the next grade requires an annual grade not lower than 5.00 (Very Good) and passing a certified English language exam. Admission to IB Year 1 requires meeting the stated criteria, with continuation to IB Year 2 contingent on successful completion of exit exams at the end of IB Year 1.
