Refund and withdrawal terms - Security deposit: Refundable when a student leaves the Academy provided the required written notice has been given and "No Dues" clearance is obtained. No interest is payable on the deposit. - Withdrawal notice and refund scale: - For withdrawal from the next academic year: written notice to Admissions by 31 March of every year is required; if notice is received after 31 March, the withdrawing student must pay the full term fee until December of the next academic year. - For withdrawal from the next term of the academic year: 90 days' written notice is required before the beginning of the next term. If the withdrawal application is not received as required, the following charges apply: 60–89 days before the start of the next term — 25% of next term's fees; 30–59 days — 50% of next term's fees; less than 30 days — 75% of next term's fees. It also includes nutrition (breakfast, lunch and two snacks per day for students up to DP2) and a standard set of uniforms and items as listed (for PYP1 to DP2: four sets of school uniform, one school hoodie, two sets house sports uniform, two pairs of school shoes, one backpack). For boarders the consolidated fee additionally covers board & lodging services, supervised study, laundry of school uniforms, routine medical care, pastoral support and specified transport for 5‑Day / 7‑Day boarders. Other costs and exclusions - The consolidated fee does NOT include: toiletries and personal clothing, personal laundry (except for boarders where school laundry of uniforms is included), field trip expenses outside Hyderabad, field trip costs within Hyderabad that exclude transport, extraordinary medical expenses, special or additional uniforms beyond the included set, pocket money, passport photos, and other personal expenses. Boarders are required to deposit INR 50,000 into the student's Personal Deposit Account for pocket money and personal expenses; the school will provide statements of expenses and balance. Pocket money for boarders should not exceed INR 4,000 per month. Admissions	Admissions 1. Eligibility and language requirements. Admission is competitive and based on merit. For Junior School (Grades 1–5), entry ideally requires at least three years of nursery education, and the student must be 6 years old by September 1 of the entry year; in the last three years of the Primary Years Programme, applicants must have a basic proficiency in both English and Hindi. For Senior School (Grades 6–12), applicants should have high scholastic achievement and demonstrate participation in extracurricular activities or community service; Diploma Programme entrants must have outstanding academic achievement and active involvement, and new students will not be admitted in the year of the Diploma examination.	Admissions 1) Initial inquiry and campus introduction. Parents seeking admission meet with an admissions counselor in the Reception area to discuss expectations and any circumstances to be considered. They complete the enquiry sheet and pay Rs 2,250 as the Registration Fee. An Admissions counselor or Student Council Ambassador tours the campus, explaining 'A Day in the Life of a Sreenidhi Student' and answering questions about the IB education and learning at Sreenidhi. On returning to Reception, parents meet with academic or sports staff to address queries. 2) Admissions pack and entrance tests. An Admission Pack is issued to parents, including the Admissions form, Health form, Parent Consent form, and Undertaking form. Applicants seeking entry to MYP4 to DP2/CP will write the English and Math Entrance Test (2 hours). Parents and guardians are encouraged to complete the forms to the best of their ability. 3) Documents required at admission. Two passport-size photographs and a Birth Certificate (notarized translation if not in English) are required. Two years of Academic records are required for applicants seeking entry to PYP2 onwards, along with the Original Transfer Certificate and a Bonafide/Conduct Certificate. Photographs and photo ID proof of parent identities and nationalities (self-attested) are required; for Foreign Nationals, a self-attested copy of passports for both parents and child must be submitted. Originals should be submitted for verification and return. 4) Cancellation of Admission. The management reserves the right to deregister a student for reasons including non-submission of documents by the deadline, unacceptable behaviour or conduct not disclosed at application, absence without sanctioned leave for more than 30 days, nonpayment of fees, or information furnished by the parent/guardian that later proves to be false.
Scholarships	Scholarships 2. Apply and documents. Applications can be completed online via OpenApply or through downloadable forms; copies of the applicant's last two grade reports, birth certificate or passport, Aadhaar card, vaccination (Junior School), two passport-sized photographs, and an application fee of INR 3,000 are required. A completed financial aid form must be submitted with the application to apply for a bursary. Scholarships are available through the Aga Khan Academy Hyderabad Scholarship Programme with a merit- and needs-based framework. 3. Merit-based scholarship programme details. Up to six merit-based scholarships are on offer for outstanding Indian students who demonstrate leadership in service to others, innovation in STEM, environmental responsibility, performing arts, or team sports, with awards covering up to 100% of school fees including residential fees. The programme is open to new residential admissions in Grade 9 or Grade 11 in July 2025. Eligibility requires Indian nationality residing in India, exceptional academic ability, and potential to benefit from IB and Aga Khan Curricular Strands, with needs-based considerations. Applications should indicate interest in the scholarship during the normal admissions process; an initial assessment will determine suitability, shortlisted candidates will have a personal interview with the Dean of Admissions, and final selection includes an interview with the Head of the Academy and the Dean of Admissions.
