Exact optional activity fees are set according to the activity and are billed as required.

Guardians are required to pay enrollment no later than one month after acceptance, and when admission occurs during the school year the enrollment fee is due on the day of admission. - Other refund provisions: guardians are contractually obligated to pay tuition and other fees in the terms set out in the education agreement; contractual provisions cover late payment interest and other financial terms. IB exam fees and many optional charges are handled separately and may have distinct payment and refund rules. Guardians should expect the signed agreement or statute to define refund and termination calculations for specific fee categories.

- Bank transfer is the published payment method for each division, with dedicated bank accounts for Preschool (BNP Paribas), Primary (PKO BP) and High School (BNP Paribas).
