Billing schedule and payment terms
- Tuition is invoiced on a per‑term basis (tuition amounts in the published fee tables are given as "per term"). - The parent/guardian selects the installment to pay via the online fee portal during the payment process. Receipts are generated and available in the portal within 24 hours of successful remittance. - The school collects registration/admission/special fees and the caution deposit at time of admission as separate line items in addition to the per‑term tuition.
Fee payment methods / options
- Online payment via the school parent portal using debit/credit card through the payment gateway (Q‑Pay flow described in the school's online payment instructions). - Bank transfer (wire) to the school's bank account (Doha Bank) using the published IBAN; parents must email the remittance details to the school accounts office after transfer so the payment can be reconciled and an official receipt issued. The school's payment instructions include the bank account name, account number, IBAN and the requirement to include student name and admission number in the transfer reference. - Invoices and receipts are issued through the school portal; the online instructions specify entering the student admission number and selecting the installment before payment.
Refunds and caution‑deposit handling
- A caution deposit is collected as a refundable security deposit at admission (amounts shown above). The school's publicly posted fee schedules list the caution deposit as a charged item; no detailed refund procedure or timetable for returning the caution deposit is stated in the published fee documents. Parents should note that the published fee schedules do not include an explicit, itemized refund policy for caution deposits or tuition refunds.
Other notes on charges and billing
- The fee schedule separates one‑time admission charges (registration, admission, special fees, caution deposit, accessories/tools fee) from recurring tuition (expressed per term). - Transport and other optional services (for example canteen purchases) are billed separately. The transport department publishes route and fee details on request.

Admissions
Step 1: Eligibility for admission. Age limits are defined per class and are determined by the dates 31 March and 30 September. Parents should verify the class-specific age requirement before applying. The policy ensures students are placed in the appropriate class according to age.
Step 2: Documents required for registration. The student's identification card or valid passport (original plus one copy) is required, along with the birth certificate (original plus one copy) and a valid residency permit for all non-Qataris (original plus one copy). Two recent photographs are required, and a health record is needed for children aged three to six who are residents in Qatar (sight of originals plus copies). For Class I onwards, a previous school TC and last year's report card are required, and for KG II and above a written test is conducted. For KG I, only a parent interview with the Principal is required, and the child should accompany the parent for the interview.
Step 3: Admission testing and interview. The admission test for KG II and above is based on the syllabus of the class immediately preceding the class sought. All tests are followed by an interaction with the Principal, and the principal's final decision is binding. The process is designed to assess readiness and fit with the school's program.
Step 4: Fees and fee payment. Fee structures are provided in the Ministry Approved Fee File for Bhavan's Public School – Al Wakra and Bhavan's Public School – New Salata, showing Registration Fee, Admission Fee, Special Fee, Caution Deposit, Education/Tools Fee, and Tuition Fee per term, varying by grade. An online fee payment option is available. Transportation fees are handled by the transport department; contact them for details. Fees are subject to approval of SEC.
