Bogaerts International School has two Brussels campuses: North Campus in Diegem near NATO and South Campus in Uccle. It offers an IB continuum from Early Years to the IB Diploma Programme. North Campus Primary Years uses Learning Through Concepts and Connections, a transdisciplinary, inquiry-based approach with six explorations per year, taught in English with French as an additional language, and the curriculum includes English Language & Literature, French as an Additional Language, Humanities, Sciences, Physical Education, Visual Arts and Music. South Campus Primary Years Programme (Ages 3-12) uses a transdisciplinary, inquiry-based model that integrates language, mathematics, social studies, art and science across six learning units; Early Years (3-5) uses four units, and the PYP Exhibition occurs around age 11. Diploma students may also take Advanced Placement (AP) courses, and there are five graduation pathways that combine the IB Diploma, AP credits, and the St John's High School Diploma. The school runs a Dual Language Programme in French and English in Early Years and Primary to foster bilingualism and biliteracy. If approved, your child will be invited for a trial day (or an online interview). This session is part of the admission process. 5. Offer of a place. The school will email an offer within one week after the assessment and trial. The offer email confirms the next enrolment steps. You will then proceed with enrolment. 6. Completion. The final decision on acceptance and placement is based on the applicant's ability to benefit from the programmes and educational services available. English is the primary language of instruction; non-English-proficient applicants may be considered if they can develop sufficient English proficiency to enter the IB Diploma Programme, with Grade 8 as the last year for an absolute beginner English learner.

The school offers 3 academic and 1 theatre art scholarship for entry into the final year of IBMYP (Grade 10) and the first year of the IBDP (Grade 11). Scholarships are open to high-achieving Belgian students currently in 3ème and 4ème Secondaire of the Belgian State Education System. Scholars will learn in an immersive English-language environment and follow the IBDP. Applications are open until 25 April 2025 and include fee reductions of up to 100%.
