1. Visit or chat: Before starting the admissions process, visit Braeburn School for a tour or have an informal chat with the headteacher if you are outside the country. This step provides context on the school's environment and programs. Final admission is subject to an interview with the headteacher. Upon successful completion of the admissions process, a letter confirming placement and the start date is issued. 2. Apply and offer: Complete the application form and pay a small non-refundable registration fee. An offer is made in writing, depending on places available. If a place cannot be accommodated immediately, the child will be placed on a waiting list. 3. Admissions testing and interview: The process may include pre- and post-admission testing to ensure all pupils can access the curriculum. Final admission is confirmed after an interview with the headteacher. 4. Documentation and start: Provide required documents (copies of passport or birth certificate, the previous two reports, and leaving certificate). After the process is completed, a placement letter with the start date is issued. 5. Year entry and placement: Entry can occur at any time of the year; age-based placement follows year-group guidelines. Braeburn School offers Sixth Form Scholarships for the August 2026 intake. Applicants must submit strong predicted grades, academic and pastoral references, and a personal letter of motivation. Exceptional Academic-based Scholarship requires seven A or A* grades at IGCSE, including English and Mathematics. Exceptional Talent-based Scholarship requires exceptional ability in Drama, Music, or Sport, with a minimum grade C or above in IGCSE/GCSE English and Mathematics.
