The place will be offered only if the assessment is successful and seats become available. 4. Enrollment confirmation. If offered, enrollment to a class is confirmed with an Admission Number and a Date of Admission. 5. Submit required documents. Copies of the following documents are received: Photograph (Student), Passport (Student), RP (QID) (Student), Birth Certificate (Student), Passport (Father/Guardian), Passport (Mother), RP (QID) (Father/Mother), and Employment Letter.
