Application / enrollment fee - One-time enrollment (admission) fee is payable after confirmation of enrolment and signing the contract. It is equal to one month's installment of the tuition fee.
Tuition fees by year group (2026/27 academic year) - Grade 0 (five days per week): EUR 6,800 per year. - Grades 1–4 (five days per week): EUR 9,400 per year.
Per-term / instalment guidance - The school publishes the tuition as annual amounts. As an illustration only (an inference based on the published annual fees), dividing the annual fee into three equal instalments would give approximate per-term amounts as follows: Grade 0 ≈ EUR 2,267 per term (EUR 6,800 ÷ 3); Grades 1–4 ≈ EUR 3,133 per term (EUR 9,400 ÷ 3). This is an example calculation and not a published billing schedule.
Billing schedule and payment terms - The school states the enrollment fee is paid after signing the contract (one-time). No public, detailed billing schedule (term dates, number of instalments, deadlines) or explicit payment terms are published with the fee listings.
Boarding fees - There is no boarding programme or boarding fees listed for London Gates Belgrade; the school operates as a day international primary and education centre.

Note: a snack during aftercare is included in the aftercare fee. - Extracurricular clubs, sports and individual lessons have separate charges (listed under the school's extra-classes fees for 2025/26). Monthly subscription examples shown (numeric amounts as published): 5,000; 6,000; 11,500; 9,000; etc. The extra-classes fee list presents numeric values but does not specify a currency on that page. - Uniforms are not listed among published fees or costs.
Refunds and cancellation - No published refund, cancellation, or withdrawal policy appears alongside the school's public fee listings. The school notes the enrollment fee is separate to tuition and is payable after contract signing; specific refund terms for that fee or for tuition are not published in the fee pages.
Fee payment options (methods) - The public fee pages do not list accepted payment methods (bank transfer, card payment, etc.). Contact telephone and email for the Belgrade centre are provided: +381 11 441 9770 and belgrade@londongates.org.

Admissions
Step 1: Contact the School Secretary. The Admissions team will provide you with an Application Pack. If you wish to visit in person and possibly have a tour of the school premises, contact us for an appointment. Step 2: Complete and return all requested forms and supporting documents to the School Secretary at your earliest convenience. The completed Application Form; A copy of your and your child's passport or birth certificate; Copies of the two most recent school reports (if not available in English, an English translation must be provided); The signed Home - School Agreement form; A copy of any assessments and medical, psycho-educational reports (only where requested). All documents must be completed in English and/or translated into English. Please be aware that unless all papers are completed, your child's application cannot be processed. Step 3: Decision on Admission. After receipt of a complete set of application papers the School Secretary will confirm receipt by email if you have not brought them in personally. The School Counseling Team takes the final decision on acceptance. The process of review usually takes a couple of days and the School Secretary will contact you immediately with the result. When a place for a student is available the School Secretary will offer it immediately. However, if a place is not available, the candidate's name will be placed on the respective waiting list and the School Secretary will contact the family again if and when a place becomes available.
Admissions
1. Book an educational consultation, either in person or online. The admissions team will tell you about London Gates Belgrade, answer questions you may have, and conduct an English test to help decide which group is right for your child. The consultation provides an initial sense of fit with the school's programs. This step lays the groundwork for the next steps in enrollment.
2. If the child is 7 years old and does not speak any English, there is a special first-grade group with slightly more intensive teaching. Group placement is customized through personal communication with each child to support language development. This ensures appropriate support as the child begins to learn English.
3. All new students take a placement test. The results of the language level test and the interview help select the best group for the new student. A-level groups are formed from September to November, as an exception to the standard placement process.
4. A one-month trial period is offered. At the end of the trial period, we meet to discuss the child's learning trajectory. You can join any group at any time. Holidays follow traditional Russian school holidays in quarters.
5. The school follows the Cambridge Primary Curriculum for Years 1-6. Grades 0–2 are bilingual, with half of the week in English and half in Russian; Grades 3–4 follow a fully English-medium curriculum, with Russian language and literature taught in Russian. Science and Humanities are taught in English, and Art and Drama are included as creative subjects. At the end of each academic year, students perform a major performance in English.
