Academic year covered
The amounts and schedules below are the published fee figures for the 2024/2025 academic year (prospectus dated 19 June 2024).
Application / re‑registration fee
- Re‑registration fee per pupil: 5,000,000 L.L. (Lebanese pounds) or USD 300. These sums are payable in full at re‑registration and are deducted from the last payment of the 2024/2025 year.
Annual tuition and USD contribution by cycle (full and reduced family rates)
- Maternelle (PS‑MS‑GS): - Annual tuition (full): 35,000,000 L.L. - Annual tuition (reduced; 3 children or more): 30,000,000 L.L. - Annual USD contribution (full): USD 2,200 - Annual USD contribution (reduced; 3 children or more): USD 1,900.
Per‑term / per‑installment breakdown (LBP) and monthly USD contribution
- Lebanese‑pound tuition is payable in three installments (October, January and April). The per‑installment amount equals one‑third of the annual L.L. tuition; the figures below are calculated by dividing the annual L.L. fee by three (the prospectus specifies three installments). - Maternelle: approx. 11,666,667 L.L. per installment (full) / 10,000,000 L.L. (reduced). - Primaire I: approx. 13,333,333 L.L. per installment (full) / 11,666,667 L.L. (reduced). - Primaire II: approx. 15,000,000 L.L. per installment (full) / 13,333,333 L.L. (reduced). - Collège: approx. 16,666,667 L.L. per installment (full) / 15,000,000 L.L. (reduced). - Secondaires: approx. 18,333,333 L.L. per installment (full) / 16,666,667 L.L. (reduced).
- USD contribution payment: the USD contribution is billed in dollars and is payable monthly at USD 350 per month per pupil, starting in September; the annual contribution amounts listed above are the total USD contribution per pupil for the year.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- L.L. tuition: three payments due in October, January and April. USD contribution: monthly payments at USD 350/month starting in September. The balance in both currencies should be settled by 17 May 2025 at the latest (dates and schedule are given in the prospectus).
- Re‑registration payments are required to be up to date with the accounting office before completing re‑registration; the re‑registration fee is paid in full at re‑registration and will be deducted from the last installment of the current year. Discounts for families registering three children or more are applied to both the L.L. tuition and the USD contribution as shown above.
Boarding fees
- No boarding service or boarding fees are listed in the published fee prospectus for 2024/2025.
Other costs and ancillary services
- Supplies, school transport and uniform costs are established in USD and set according to market prices during the September formalities; specific amounts for these services are not listed in the published prospectus and are provided at the start of the school year.
Refunds and concessions
- The published prospectus does not include a detailed refund policy. A social service is available to examine family cases for special arrangements or concessions, and discounts for three or more children are explicitly provided in the fee tables.
Accepted payment methods (credit card / bank transfer / other)
- The published fee prospectus specifies amounts and schedules in L.L. and USD but does not list accepted payment methods (credit card, bank transfer, cheque or cash). Payment method options are not specified in the prospectus.
Note on academic year requested
- The school's published prospectus with the detailed figures above is dated 19 June 2024 and covers 2024/2025; no publicly posted detailed fee schedule for the 2025/2026 or 2026/2027 academic years was found at the time of checking. The figures and schedules above should be treated as the published 2024/2025 fee information.
Fee details
Application fee
- A non-refundable application processing fee of USD 100 is required for all new applications. Payment is accepted in cash (USD) or by international wire transfer for applicants outside Lebanon.
Capital development / entrance (one-time, new students)
- New Nursery students: USD 2,525 (one-time, non-refundable). - New students from KG1 through Grade 12: USD 3,000 (one-time, non-refundable). - The capital development fee is payable in cash (USD) or by international wire transfer for applicants outside Lebanon.
Annual tuition and other fees (School Year 2026–2027) — Mathaf Campus (PYP)
- All year groups: LBP 90,000,000 (LBP component).
- Reservation / 1st installment (due at registration): LBP 30,000,000 and USD 3,000. The USD 3,000 is part of the total USD tuition and fees and is non-refundable. The LBP 30,000,000 deposit is non-refundable and reserves the student's place until the 2nd installment due date.
- 2nd installment (due in June, before the new school year): the next LBP installment of LBP 30,000,000 and the next USD installment (the remaining USD balance is paid in two installments in June and December). The school's finance terms require the USD portion remaining after the USD 3,000 reservation to be paid in two installments due in June and December. (The finance documents state the remaining balances are paid in two installments in June and December; those two payments together complete the USD component for the year.)
- 3rd installment (due in December during the school year): final LBP installment of LBP 30,000,000 and the final USD installment to complete the USD tuition and fees for the year.
How the three-installment schedule applies (illustrative mechanics)
- LBP total: LBP 90,000,000 is collected as three LBP payments of LBP 30,000,000 (registration/reservation, June, December).
- USD total: USD 3,000 is paid at registration; the remaining USD balance (total USD component minus USD 3,000) is collected in two installments due in June and December. The finance policy specifies the three-payment timing (reservation + June + December) and that the USD 3,000 at registration is part of the total; the remaining USD portion is collected in the two later installments.
Late payment and delinquency
- An account is delinquent if not paid by the due date. Late payment fees of USD 250 per month (or part of a month) apply to overdue accounts; parents are responsible for any legal or bank fees incurred in collection. Official documents, travel arrangements, and participation in graduation ceremonies may be withheld for delinquent accounts.
Discounts and family concessions
- LBP tuition discount: 10% reduction on the LBP tuition component starting with the third child. - USD discounts: 15% reduction on the USD tuition portion for the third child and 20% reduction on the USD portion beginning with the fourth child. - Other fees (the USD "Other Fees"/auxiliary amount) are not subject to discount.
Boarding / residential fees
- There is no boarding program or boarding fees for Wellspring Mathaf Campus; the school operates as a day school. Bus transport and meal/lunch services are available as separate, optional services and are billed separately when used.
Other costs and ancillary fees (examples billed separately)
- The USD 500 listed as "Other Fees" (auxiliary/other fees) is charged per student annually and is shown as part of the USD totals above. - Optional activities, after-school activities, sports team fees (example: a school swimming team fee of USD 135 per semester was charged for a team program in school communications), field trips, special learning support, textbooks/library fines (penalties apply for unreturned books), uniforms, school supplies, and bus transport are billed separately when applicable. Specific activity fees and periodic program charges are invoiced in addition to the tuition components.
Refunds and withdrawal policy
- All tuition and fees are non-refundable. Acceptance of enrollment constitutes agreement to pay the full academic year's tuition and associated fees, even in cases of early withdrawal, suspension, expulsion, or misrepresentation. If a family withdraws before the first day of school, payments made remain non-refundable and the school reserves the right to collect full contractual payment. In cases of non-voluntary early withdrawal due to international employment relocation, limited adjustments for certain supplier-dependent services (transportation, hot lunch, after-school programs) may be considered only with a formal registered employer letter; otherwise no refunds are granted.
Accepted payment methods and practical notes
- Currency and method rules: the LBP portion must be paid in cash LBP only; the USD portion (including the capital development fee and USD tuition) must be paid in cash USD only. Currency exchange between LBP and USD components is not permitted. - Payment channels: (1) Direct bank deposit at Bank Audi branches (parents pay any bank fees and must include the child's name on the bank receipt). (2) Payment at school premises (contact the Accounting Department for details). International applicants may use international wire transfer for USD payments.
Penalties and contract conditions
- Late payment fee: USD 250 per month (or part of a month) applied to overdue accounts. Partial payments are first applied to overdue amounts. Parents are liable for legal costs for collection. Students with delinquent accounts may be restricted from official documents and school events (including graduation). Misrepresentation or failure to disclose required student health or learning information can result in dismissal with no refund and full tuition liability.

1. Application: Submit a completed application form and relevant documentation online to Wellspring's OpenApply page for the Mathaf Campus, which serves PYP ages 3–12. An application fee of USD 100 is non-refundable. Wellspring accepts new student applications year-round. The application is submitted through the school's online platform.
2. Application Review: After submission, the application is reviewed. Parents/guardians are notified whether they will be granted an interview. The decision to grant an interview does not guarantee acceptance.
3. Interview: New applicants must attend an interview after the files are submitted, and at least one parent should participate. The interview may involve assessing English literacy, Arabic literacy (for native speakers), and mathematics skills. The interview duration typically ranges from one to three hours, depending on grade level.
4. Acceptance: Acceptance decisions or updates on the application status are usually announced within seven school days of the interview. The school may offer the student under certain conditions, with notice provided to address needs before official acceptance.
5. Payment of Acceptance Fees: If accepted before June 1, the package includes an acceptance fee of USD 5,525, a Capital Development fee of USD 2,525, and the first USD 3,000 tuition payment, plus LBp 30 million to be deducted from LBp fees. The second tuition installment is due by June 1, and all fees are non-refundable. If accepted after June but before September 1, the same USD amounts apply with the LBp arrangement and the second installment due accordingly; all fees remain non-refundable.
