The Clarity process includes tax verification steps and applies English translations where required; deadlines for 2026–2027 specify January 16 for both Returning and New Families to complete the Clarity submission. International families must upload income verification documents with English translations. TA awards can be applied toward the Capital Improvement Fee, and TA recipients are exempt from that fee.
