Children are registered with the Vlaamse Gemeenschap (Flemish Community of Belgium). Each term, tests assess progress. At the end of the sixth year, French tests are taken to obtain the CEB. 4. Welcome procedure (special needs). Registration identifies any special needs. An up-to-date report describing needs is transmitted to help determine accommodations.
