Registration for College experiences is available to begin the enrolment journey. Step 2: Apply Online. Complete the online Enrolment Form. A non-refundable enrolment fee of 250 AUD is charged per enrolment. Upon submission, the daughter is placed on the wait list, and the Enrolments Team will confirm the next steps in the enrolment journey. Placements commence approximately two years prior to entry. Places are limited and early enrolment is recommended. The College welcomes students at Early Learning, Prep, Years 5, 7, 9 and 11; if vacancies exist, enrolment may be possible in other year levels. Step 3: Enrolment Interview. Interviews are typically conducted around two years prior to commencement, providing an opportunity to learn more about Genazzano and for the College to learn about the family. We look forward to meeting you and your daughter. Step 4: Formal Offer. Following the enrolment interview, a formal offer of a place may be extended. A non-refundable enrolment fee of 1,500 AUD is due with the completed paperwork by the specified due date. Signing these documents confirms understanding of College expectations and procedures. An application is a prerequisite for admission but not a guarantee of enrolment. 2. Application fee: Pay a non-refundable and non-transferable $300 application fee. The fee is waived for children and grandchildren of Old Wesley Collegians (OWs) and for Wesley approved education agencies applying on an applicant's behalf. AEAS test: International applicants, for whom English is a second language, must sit an entrance test administered by Australian Education Assessment Services (AEAS). AEAS results provide detail on English proficiency and are one of the measures of the candidate's suitability. The AEAS test may be completed in your home country and should be completed within 12 months of submitting your application. Applicants must attain a satisfactory level of English before entering mainstream study, and may be invited to attend the post-ELICOS AEAS test. 4. Interview: Students who satisfy entry requirements may be invited to attend an interview with the Head of School (or delegate), Head of Boarding (if applicable) and Head of the English Language Preparation Program (if applicable) prior to a letter of offer being issued. The interview may take place online or in person. During the interview, the student's suitability to enrol at the College is assessed, and the College may review reports and other notarised documents and undertake additional verification if required. 5. Enrolment criteria: The College considers a range of criteria when making enrolment offers, including siblings already attending, children or grandchildren of Old Wesley Collegians, gender balance, and the interests and activities of the student. It also considers the number of students seeking boarding, class size and the year level, College resources and staffing, and the date of application. Genuine aspiration to derive value from the course is considered. 6. Offer of enrolment: Successful applicants receive a formal offer of enrolment in writing, which may be subject to conditions such as satisfactory completion of a Wesley-approved English language preparation or ELICOS course for EAL students. To accept, families must return a completed Acceptance of Offer form and pay a non-refundable $1,500 confirmation fee plus a deposit equal to the annual international tuition fee. The deposit is refundable under specified conditions. 7. Confirmation of enrolment and visa: After confirmation fees and documentation are received, the College issues a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) and a Confirmation of Accommodation and Welfare (CAAW) if applicable. These documents are required to obtain a student visa. If payment is not received by the due date, the offer may be withdrawn. 8. Scholarships	Scholarships Genazzano FCJ College offers several scholarships. The Genazzano FCJ College Foundation Scholarship is available to a new Year 7 student and is means-tested. The Genazzano Alumnae Association Scholarship provides daughters of alumnae with 25% fee assistance from Year 7 through Year 12, commencing in 2027. Academic Scholarships recognise exceptional academic performance; Year 7 scholarships are open to new and current Year 5 students entering Year 7 in 2027, while Year 9 and Year 11 scholarships are open to new students only. Music Scholarships require AMEB grade or equivalent; Year 7 music scholarships are open to new and current Year 5 students; Years 9 and 11 scholarships are open to new students only; music scholarships include 50% tuition fees and 50% music tuition fees for the main instrument, tenable for the recipient's years at the College; shortlisted applicants attend a 20-minute audition with the Director of Music and panel. Sport Scholarships are open to new students entering Years 7–9; selection considers outstanding performance, leadership and commitment to Genazzano; shortlisted applicants interview with the Principal and Director of Sport. Boarding Scholarships are awarded to new Year 9–11 students to provide tuition remission; families cover boarding and other costs; final decision rests with the Principal. All scholarship assessments are conducted by Academic Assessment Services (AAS) with a testing fee; the 2026 exam date was Friday, February 13; the final decision rests with the Principal. The number and value of scholarships depend on meeting scholarship criteria, means assessment, and the availability of places. Boarding Scholarships are available at the Glen Waverley campus for boarders entering Years 7–11; Academic Excellence Scholarships reopen late in 2026 and are awarded to Years 7 and 10; General Excellence Scholarships reopen late in 2026 and apply to Years 5–11. Named scholarships include Rennie Coutts Academic Scholarship, Nigel Cherk Memorial Academic Scholarship, and Richard Ball Academic Scholarship, with General Excellence Named Scholarships such as Carlo and Tine Tabalujan Scholarship and Norman Mendelson Scholarship.
