1. Discover: The admissions process starts with exploring Heritage Xperiential Schools and attending an information session. The school conducts information sessions and invites families to connect through events such as open houses, with an information session on 15 July 2026 and an Open House on 25 July 2026 at 11 am. You can register for a campus tour as part of this phase.
2. Apply: Submit the online application and registration details through the Heritage Admission Management System. The online application and registration details are the required next step after discovering the program you're interested in.
3. Connect: Experience how learning happens in classrooms by attending an Open House and seeing the Heritage approach in action. An Open House is scheduled for 25 July 2026 at 11 am, and families are encouraged to register.
4. Receive an Update: After submission, shortlisted applicants are notified via email or SMS. Non-Nursery applications (KG to Grade 9 and 11) are processed based on seat availability.
5. Join the Community: Enrolment formalities are completed to become part of HIXS Gurgaon. The final step involves completing enrolment and joining the school community.
6. Nursery admissions (AY 2027-28): Applications open 11 July 2026 and the last date for Nursery applications is 19 July 2026. Age eligibility is 3 years as of 1 July 2027 (born between 1 July 2023 and 1 July 2024 are eligible). All valid applications are considered for admission, with priority given to distance, sibling, alumni, and alignment to the school's experiential philosophy. Intimation to selected parents is sent by email. For selected applicants, documents must be uploaded online as notified by the school.
7. KG to 9 and 11 admissions (AY 2027-28): Applications open 11 July 2026. Shortlisting for KG to Grade 9 and Grade 11 is based on seat availability.
