They can be awarded to children enrolled in a French-established school abroad, in pre-elementary, elementary, and secondary cycles. Conditions of allocation: - Nationality: Children for whom a scholarship is requested must be French nationals. - Consular registration: Children candidates for a scholarship must be registered in the world register of French citizens living abroad. - Family residence: Children must reside with at least one parent in the country where the school is located. Any deviation must be justified. - Age: To be eligible for a scholarship, a child must have reached the normal entry age for maternelle petite section, i.e., 3 years old in the calendar year of the school year (child born in 2019).
