Example dates and instalment pattern are published as 50% then 25% and 25% across the school year; invoices are issued in EUR. Invoices and the school's three‑instalment structure are used to calculate per‑term amounts. - Invoices are payable in EURO; bank charges are the payer's responsibility. A charge for late payment applies and school reports may be withheld until all fees are settled. - Late enrolments are charged on a pro‑rata basis; the school publishes pro‑rated fee examples for starters after the academic year begins. Early withdrawal can affect the total charge for the year (the school's published terms specify reductions depending on withdrawal date).
Sibling discount
- Families paying the full personal (private) tariff receive a 10% reduction on the second child and any subsequent child.
Transport (school bus) fees

Bus service is optional and billed in addition to annual tuition.

Specific reduction percentages and deadlines are published in the school's fees and general conditions.
Fee payment options and practical notes

Reduction to the annual fees on withdrawal is specified as follows: withdrawal between 1 September and 31 January results in a 25% reduction to the full‑year fees; withdrawal after 31 January provides no reduction. - Overdue payments: administrative reminder charges and interest apply to overdue invoice balances. The General Conditions specify an administrative charge per reminder (example: EUR 125 per reminder) and an interest charge on overdue balances (example: 1% per month). - Per‑term presentation: per‑term figures above are shown as equal thirds of the annual tuition for practical use; the school calendar and communications reference three school terms.
