To start the process, submit the completed Application Form along with documents including three passport photos, a certified copy of the birth certificate, previous school reports, a Medical Clearance Form with vaccination records, a copy of the family book (Jordanians only), copies of the student's passport and parents' residency permits, and copies of the parents' passports. For Grades 4–12, a Certificate of Good Conduct is also required. A joining fee is charged to initiate the admission process. Appointments for diagnostic testing are arranged after registration and initial payment are submitted.
3. Testing/diagnostic assessment. Provided that the application and initial payment are made, students applying for admission sit for an evaluation by ISC staff. Grades 1 and above sit for a diagnostic test as part of the admission process, and the results are used to determine placement. Appointments for diagnostic testing are arranged by the admission officer once the registration is complete.
4. Admission decision. Admission decisions are made after careful evaluation of the candidates, with results of diagnostic testing and previous school records considered on a case-by-case basis.
