The admissions team closely monitors enrolment numbers and will notify families if a spot becomes availableAs places open up, the admissions team contacts families in the order applications were received. Once notified of an available spot, families need to confirm their acceptance promptly to secure enrolment.

The school offers a door-to-door bus service from across the island for its learners, operated by Tong Tar Transport Service Pte Ltd. This service ensures that students are supervised throughout their journey, with staff handing them over to school personnel upon arrival. Lim's Uniforms is the official uniform supplier. Uniforms are breathable, easy to maintain, and designed for learner comfort; fabrics meet EU standards and OEKO-TEX certification. Uniforms can be ordered online or at Lim's Holland Village store; sample uniforms are available on school premises.
Chartwells provides meals, which are nutritionally crafted for learners; meals are nut-free and pork-free, with halal certification coming soon; gluten-free and vegetarian options are available. Meals can be pre-ordered for each learner.
A house system exists with four houses: Api, Ayer, Tanah, and Angin. House Captains lead house activities and events, fostering belonging and cross-year collaboration.
