Admissions	Admissions 1. Register for a meeting. The admissions coordinator will contact you to schedule the first meeting at a convenient time, in your preferred format (online or in person). You will discuss preliminary details and set expectations for the admissions process. This contact marks the start of the application process. 2. During the first meeting, you will be introduced to the school, programs, and tuition fees. You will receive an overview of the school's approach to education and a tour of the facilities. You can ask questions to understand how the school may fit your child's needs. 3. After the first meeting, your child will take a readiness and knowledge assessment test to help prepare for the transition into the school. The results will inform next steps in the admissions process. If necessary, you may discuss support options or accommodations. 4. When you decide to enroll, you will be invited to sign the education agreement. Enrollment then proceeds in accordance with the agreed terms and availability. You will receive information about required documents and next steps after signing. 5. For the 2026/2027 academic year, grade placement is as follows: In Vilnius at Kalnėnai, education runs from preschool to grade twelve; In Vilnius at Gedimino Avenue, from grade one to grade four; In Kaunas, from preschool to grade ten. These placements are subject to availability.	Admissions VIS offers English-language programmes: IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) and Middle Years Programme (MYP), and Cambridge International AS&A Levels for learners aged 3 to 19. Admissions are rolling and on a first-come, first-served basis, with consideration of class balance, language proficiency and learning needs. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and admissions assessments generally begin in November for the following school year. Procedures: schedule a visit or call with the Admissions Coordinator, fill out the Application, submit progress reports or report cards from the previous and current year, and possibly a Teacher Evaluation form.
