Tuition fees by year group (overview) — amounts stated as annual tuition and examples for new/continuing students
- Annual tuition (typical recurring tuition-only amount shown for the academic session): ₹250,000 per year (tuition-only figure used in the school's published fee summary). - Industry/portal summaries list the overall tuition range across grades at St. Mary's Pune as approximately ₹168,000 to ₹250,000 per year depending on grade/stream; the school's published summary uses ₹250,000 as the representative annual tuition figure.
Full first‑year cost for a new admission (example calculation)
- Total first‑year cost shown for a new admission (example used in the school's published fee sheet) = ₹405,600. This example total combines one‑time charges (admission fee, application, security deposit) plus annual tuition and other mandatory first‑year charges. Breakdown for that example: - Admission fee (one‑time): ₹80,000. - Application fee (one‑time): ₹600. - Security deposit (one‑time): ₹25,000. - Annual tuition (recurring): ₹250,000. - Transport (optional): ₹20,000 (annual, if used). - Other mandatory charges (development/activity/other): ₹30,000 (annual).
Per‑term / per‑installment presentation
- Tuition‑only (recurring) equivalents: annual tuition ₹250,000 = approximately ₹62,500 per quarter (four quarterly instalments) or approximately ₹20,833 per month (12 months). - First‑year example (including one‑time new‑admission charges) is shown as: quarterly ≈ ₹101,400 per quarter (four quarters = ₹405,600) or monthly ≈ ₹33,800 per month (12 months = ₹405,600). Use these distinctions when comparing new‑admission first‑year totals vs continuing‑student tuition‑only billing.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Payment plans presented include: full annual payment, quarterly instalments (four instalments in the year), or monthly payment schedule (12 monthly instalments). The school's fee presentation shows illustrative quarterly and monthly options and a quarterly breakup for first‑year totals. - The admissions application form and payment process accept bank transfer / UPI / NEFT / IMPS (applicants provide payment reference/ proof) and the school's admissions forms are structured to receive bank/QR payments. - Online payment gateway payments are processed through the school's Edunext payment portal; transaction/processing fees charged by the payment gateway are not refundable and are borne by the cardholder/payer.
Boarding / hostel fees

Other costs and recurring charges parents should budget for
- Transport (optional): shown as an annual optional charge (example figure used in the school's published fee summary) ₹20,000 per year. - “Other charges” / development / activity charges (annual, mandatory in the example): ₹30,000 per year (covers school development/activity items specified in the fee sheet). - Uniforms, textbooks, stationery, extracurricular programme fees and examination/assessment charges are additional and may be billed separately; the school's illustrative fee breakdown includes line items grouped under “other charges” and activity/development categories. Budget separately for uniforms, books, exam levies and extra‑curricular costs.
Refund information
- The school's published fee materials and student/admissions portals do not present a detailed public refund schedule in the same place as the fee summary; a separate, formal refund/withdrawal policy (security‑deposit refund timing, partial‑term refund rules, or forfeiture rules) is not published alongside the fee figures in the fee summary used above. Transaction/processing fees charged by the online payment gateway are explicitly non‑refundable.
Fee payment options (methods accepted)
- Bank transfer / NEFT / IMPS / UPI (applicants provide payment reference and proof). - Online card payments and digital payments processed through the Edunext student portal / payment gateway (cardholders bear transaction fees). - The admissions/IB application process also accepts an online payment for the application fee (IB DP application fee example shown).
Brief note on available public information and gaps
- The school's publicly presented fee summary provides a clear example breakdown used for the 2026–27 session (first‑year total example, admission/application/security deposit, tuition, transport and other charges) and shows available payment‑plan formats (annual / quarterly / monthly). However, a full official matrix listing distinct per‑term invoiced amounts for every individual grade/stream in a plain public schedule (and a detailed published refund/withdrawal policy tied to those line items) is not found in the publicly available fee summary materials used above. For specific grade/stream bills, refund procedures or exact due‑dates and late‑payment penalties, use the school's admissions/ accounts contacts shown in the school's admissions and contact information.

Wait Pools: When the number of eligible applicants exceeds the availability of spaces for a particular grade in an academic year, parent admission applications may be placed in a wait pool subject to availability. Students with siblings already studying at Victorious Kidss Educares are prioritised within the wait pool. When placing an application in a wait pool, we try to provide the candidate with a realistic assessment of the chances and possible timing for admittance.
