1. KG admissions are offered at Sector 26, Chandigarh campus with 160 seats. Eligibility for 2026-27 requires birth between April 1, 2020 and March 31, 2021. General category seats are allocated by a draw of lots, with preference given to siblings or Lower KG at Strawberry Fields Play School. 2. Registration for KG can be completed online from December 9, 2025 to December 22, 2025. The registration form requires documents as detailed on the form. A draw of lots is used to fill seats if necessary. 3. The list of KG admissions will be displayed on February 2, 2026 at 3:30 PM. Admission fee must be deposited between February 3 and February 14, 2026. Fees for 2026-27: Admission fee 1,53,500; Tuition fee 2,19,100. 4. Admissions to classes 1 to 5 are currently closed. You may apply to the New Chandigarh campus for these classes. For classes 6 to 8, admissions are subject to vacancy. 5. Registration window for classes 6 to 8 is December 9 to December 22, 2025. Fees for 2026-27 include an admission fee of 1,53,500 and class-wise tuition: 2,19,100 for Classes 1-5; 2,10,500 for Classes 6-8 (ICSE) or 2,24,500 for Classes 6-8 (Cambridge Lower Secondary). The fee schedule is detailed on the admissions page. 6. Admission to Class 9 is subject to vacancy and the applicant must qualify in the entrance test and interaction. Final selection is based on overall performance. 7. Admission to Class 11 is subject to vacancy and the applicant must qualify in the entrance test and interaction. The candidate should have completed 10 years of education from a recognized school and should have passed or be writing the Class 10 board exam. The prospectus and application booklet are available at the School Reception. The application form must be filled in and signed by the person responsible for the student's education. The admission checklist includes: passport-size photographs (one family photograph and three student photographs); attested copy of birth certificate (notarised); copies of Aadhaar Card for the student and both parents; medical record (if any); PEN (Permanent Education Number of UDISE+) from LKg onwards; copies of the student's school reports (not applicable for Toddlers & Nursery admission); these documents should be submitted with the application form, duly attested and notarised. Please furnish original transfer certificate if the child is presently studying at another school. Stage 2: Interactions/Interviews are conducted for admission into all classes, subject to vacancy. Children with special needs will be covered under the inclusive education programme as per CBSE norms, subject to vacancy. Stage 3: Payment: The fee will be paid through the Online Payment Gateway (SchoolPad) in four quarterly installments.
