Admissions	Admissions Thames British School Warsaw accepts students aged 2.5 to 18 years old and conducts admissions throughout the year. The admissions process consists of six steps: 1) Complete the Enquiry Form to begin the process. 2) Book an appointment to meet the Admissions Officer, Leadership Team, and teachers to receive comprehensive information; visits to the campus or online meetings are available. 3) Submit the documents required by the Admissions Team. 4) Undergo Interviews, Trial Sessions, and Assessments: Pre-School and Primary (Year 1–Year 6) require an informal interview with the child and a 1–2 day trial session; Secondary (Year 7–Year 9) requires an online written English language test and an informal interview (a trial day may be arranged); High School – IGCSE (Year 10–Year 11) requires an online English language test and an interview; High School – IB DP or A Levels (Year 12–Year 13) requires an online English language test, an interview, and a meeting with the High School Principal or the IB DP/A Level Coordinator. A meeting with the school psychologist may be recommended for all students. 5) Admissions Decision and Enrolment Form: for accepted candidates the Enrolment Form is emailed. 6) Secure Your Place at Our School: place is secured by signing the contract. Scholarships	Scholarships Thames British School offers two scholarship tracks for Upper Secondary (IGCSE) and IB Diploma Programmes: Academic Scholarship and Outstanding Merit Scholarship. Scholarships are awarded to Year 10 and Year 12 candidates who demonstrate excellent capacity through entrance examinations and the scholarship admission process. Entrance requirements include a minimum 80% in Mathematics and CEFR English at level C1. There are five scholarships awarded each year: one 100%, two 75%, and two 50% discounts on the yearly school fees. Thames Primary School alumni may also apply. Scholarships are valid for two academic years and recipients must maintain high academic results, good behaviour, and at least 90% attendance; eligibility is reviewed by a committee, and results must be certified by June 30 for continuation.
