1. Admission is open to students of all nationalities. The application requires documents: the child's Passport or Aadhar card, the parents' Passport or Aadhar cards, a student medical certificate, and one teacher recommendation addressing behaviour, attendance, motivation and self-discipline. Tours can be scheduled 9:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m. (Mon–Fri) through the front desk; overseas or out-of-town visitors should provide prior intimation. The admission age is defined by grade and age as of 1 June of the academic year (e.g., Play Group I is 6 weeks–1 year; Play Group II 1–2 years; Nursery 2–3 years; Junior KG 3–4 years; Senior KG 4–5 years).
Admissions
Step 1. Make an Enquiry. An enquiry is required; a member of the admissions team will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient appointment to discuss a Wellington Education. An appointment is necessary for safety and security. Step 2. Register. After meeting staff, you will be directed to the Admission Application form; it must be completed with all required documents and the registration fee. After receipt of payment, the Admissions Team will guide you through the next steps and arrange an assessment. Step 3. Assessment. The assessment considers the character, interests, talents, and personality of the child; they seek boys and girls with potential to become intellectual, inspired, and independent learners within an English-language environment who can contribute across the co-curriculum. An assessment can be arranged once the application registration form and fee are received; refer to the Admission policy for age-appropriate placement. Step 4. Review. The Admissions and Academic Teams review the application, place availability, assessment results, and any prior school records; any special educational needs should be disclosed and related documentation shared so appropriate support can be considered. The decision on offering a place is communicated by email within ten working days of assessment. Step 5. Offer of Admissions. If successful, an Offer of Admissions is issued by email detailing the confirmed year group, enrolment year, and terms; acceptance is required by signing an Acceptance of a Place Form and agreeing to the Terms and Conditions for Student Enrolment within 15 days. Step 6. Welcome & Onboarding. The place is secured by paying the non-refundable admission registration fee, refundable security deposit, and tuition in advance; a welcome email is sent with all relevant information and documents to complete prior to onboarding; parents are invited to an Induction Programme before entry. Step 7. First Day & Beyond. Support is provided through the final steps up to and including the pupil's first day at school.
