American International School of Budapest (AISB) offers an American Curriculum with IB Diploma and pathway for students aged 3–18. English is the language of instruction, with World Languages part of the curriculum. The high school program follows an American model in an international context, offering a range of courses . Students graduate with the AISB High School Diploma, the IB Diploma, or a combination such as AISB Diploma + IB Diploma or AISB Diploma + Innovation Diploma. Established in 1973 by the U.S. Embassy, AISB serves a globally diverse student body and provides the Global Impact Diploma and a Dual Diploma (GID + IB). The 16-hectare campus houses Middle/High and Elementary buildings, libraries, theatres, a design technology suite, and arts facilities, plus two gyms, a 25m pool, a theatre, and playing fields. Great Grace International School (GGIS) is a private, English-language international school in Budapest serving kindergarten through 12th grade with a Christian worldview. The campus sits in the hills of Buda and welcomes students from 25 nationalities, with class sizes capped at 20. GGIS offers an American-style high school diploma and is accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools and the Association of Christian Schools International. The curriculum combines AP coursework with Bible instruction and English support.
