Aspendale Primary School is a co-educational government primary school in Aspendale, Victoria. It follows the Victorian Curriculum for English and Mathematics, with Reading, Writing and Speaking and Listening developed across Language, Literature and Literacy, anchored by the six pillars of literacy. As an International Baccalaureate World School, it offers the Primary Years Programme with six units of inquiry annually, promoting inquiry-based learning and global awareness. Specialist programs include Physical Education, Visual Arts, Performing Arts, STEM and Language (Mandarin), together with a Learning Enhancement Program. Music tuition covers singing, violin, keyboard, brass, drums and guitar, with the Performance Choir and Band performing weekly. The school runs enrichment activities and lunchtime clubs, and an on-site Outside School Hours Care program. On a three-acre site between Aspendale Beach and Edithvale–Seaford wetlands, the campus features grassed playing fields, a Friendship Garden and a 21st-century learning environment that emphasizes literacy and numeracy.
