John Paul College is an independent co-educational day and boarding school on 33 hectares of native bushland in Daisy Hill. It delivers the Australian Curriculum from Kindergarten to Year 12, with Primary units of inquiry that foster curiosity and interdisciplinary thinking, and Secondary Years 7–10 offering broad electives to shape a personalised senior pathway from Year 11 to 12. The senior program provides about 37 subjects across QCAA, VET and TAFE routes, and a Diverse Learning Program supports inclusive education with specialist teachers; the Accelerate Excel program offers enrichment within a differentiated classroom. Digital learning is embedded, with Years 4–12 receiving personal notebook computers, Year 3 using iPads, and a campus-wide network with cybersecurity safeguards. Facilities include the Noelene Munns Learning Centre, the Dame Joan Sutherland Music Centre with the Stephen Bean Theatre, the Coleman Centre, and the Stephen Paul Aquatic Centre. The college runs extensive co-curriculars, language offerings in Spanish and Chinese, and international exchanges with Japan and New Zealand.
The school is located in Daisy Hill, Logan, south of Brisbane. The 33-hectare campus sits on John Paul Drive, Daisy Hill 4127. Brisbane's CBD is about a 20-minute drive via the Pacific Motorway, and a dedicated JPC bus network provides access to the campus. The campus features purpose-built facilities to support its K-12 program.

The school uses the Australian Curriculum across Primary and Secondary education. In Primary School, learning centers on student curiosity and creativity through transdisciplinary Units of Inquiry. In Secondary School (Years 7–10), students follow the Australian Curriculum with a broad elective selection, enabling a personalised senior pathway from Year 11 to Year 12. ATAR: 2024 median ATAR of 89.60; 49.6% of Year 12 students achieved ATARs above 90; 90% of the Year 12 cohort were ATAR-eligible. 100% of students earned a Queensland Certificate of Education. 134 students were awarded ATAR; 110 domestic QTAC offers were made for 2025 (with 98.2% of QTAC domestic applicants receiving a tertiary offer). NAPLAN results for 2024 include school averages for Reading, Writing, Spelling, Grammar and Numeracy, shown alongside national averages.
Post-school destinations: 72.5% response rate to Year 12 completers survey; 94.4% of respondents were engaged in education, training or employment in the year after school; bachelor degrees were the most common study destination; some graduates pursued SAT or VET pathways; 149 Senior Education Profiles were awarded.
Dedicated programs support gifted and talented learners, including the Diverse Learning Program and the Accelerate Excel initiative, which provides enrichment activities, extension opportunities and acceleration pathways within a differentiated classroom.
1. Forms and documents. The college requires the following forms: Application for Enrolment; Enrolment Form; Parent Agreement; Enrolment Expectations for Parents; Enrolment Agreement for Students; ICT Acceptable Use Guidelines; Privacy Guidelines; Data Collection Form; Parent Involvement Survey; Music Enrolment Form; Admission Form Variation Authority (if applicable). Supporting documents required include: Birth Certificate; Immunisation History Statement (MyGov); Applicant's USI (Unique Student Identifier); Most recent school report; Baptism Certificate (if applicable); Most recent NAPLAN results. If the applicant was born outside Australia, provide passport and visa or proof of Australian citizenship. If either parent was born outside Australia, the Enrolments Officer will contact you regarding the required supporting documents. All forms must be fully completed; enrolment cannot be processed without the required details.
