Linden Park Primary School, located in Adelaide, South Australia, provides the Australian Curriculum alongside the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (PYP) for Reception to Year 6. The IB framework fosters intercultural understanding and international mindedness, guiding students to become inquiring, knowledgeable and caring young people who contribute to a better world. The PYP organizes learning around six transdisciplinary themes: Who We Are; Where We Are in Place and Time; How We Express Ourselves; How The World Works; How We Organize Ourselves; Sharing the Planet. Learning is supported by six Approaches to Learning: thinking, communication, social, research and self-management skills, together with action. First Language Maintenance and Development is offered to eligible Mandarin-speaking students, while all students learn French in weekly 45-minute lessons. The campus features a Library, Gymnasium, and a Music Performing Arts Centre (PAC) shared with the OSHC space, including an OSHC Kitchen, plus an on-site SA Health Dental Clinic. Outdoor spaces include Sanders Oval, Courts, COLA, and Early Years and Middle Years playgrounds. The school offers specialist music, a school band and choir, and competitive opportunities in sport and academics.
