Fees

Annual tuition at Mater Christi College ranges from AUD 12,693 for 2026/27.

Application / enrolment fee
- A non-refundable enrolment administration fee is payable to confirm a place: AUD 400.

Tuition fees (annual and per term) — 2026 figures used where published
- Local day students (Years 7–12): Total annual fee (tuition plus levies) — AUD 12,693 per year; per term (4 terms) AUD 3,173.25.
- Breakdown shown on published fee information separates a tuition component and separate levy component. Example published lines show tuition AUD 9,195 plus levies AUD 3,498 (total AUD 12,693) for Years 7–12. Per-term and per-year totals above reflect that combined amount.

Tuition (tuition-only figures reported elsewhere for 2026)
- Reported tuition-only figures for 2026 (for reference in databases that separate levies) include: Year 7 tuition-only AUD 6,820 and Year 12 tuition-only AUD 7,820 in published comparisons. Use the combined figures above for total cost to families.

Per-term calculation method
- Per-term figures above divide the annual total by four (4) terms. Where your database stores term-level values, use AUD 3,173.25 per term for Years 7–12 based on the 2026 consolidated annual figure.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- An annual school-fee statement is issued (October in the billing cycle shown in published materials) showing the annual billing amount, any discounts and charter-bus charges. Installment options are offered and families choose a payment frequency.
- Payment methods accepted for regular fee collection include direct debit from a bank account or credit card. Payment frequency options include per term, monthly, fortnightly or weekly direct-debit plans. Stored payment details are managed via the College secure parent portal (MyMCC / FeeAccount).
- The school requires families to meet the payment arrangement deadlines shown on the annual statement; the College's published policy enforces consequences for unpaid accounts (possible ineligibility for optional extracurricular programs) and encourages families experiencing difficulty to contact the Finance Team.

Boarding fees
- Boarding is not applicable: Mater Christi College operates as a day secondary school (no boarding fees).

Other compulsory and optional charges
- Student/Year-level levies and a family capital levy are charged in addition to the tuition component; these levies commonly cover curriculum resources, camps, excursions, device leasing/warranty/software, and minor building contributions. The combined levy component has been shown on published schedules as AUD 3,498 (part of the total annual figure above).
- Specific additional charges that may apply include:
- Charter bus (subsidised) charged per family — published example amount AUD 1,550 (option to include in instalments).
- VCE Outdoor & Environmental Studies subject levy (example reported) AUD 500.
- VET tuition fees charged at the start of Term 1 where students undertake VET; separate VET course charges may apply.
- Instrumental music lesson fees (charged separately through the Mater Shop at the start of each term if applicable).
- Uniform costs (sold separately; refer to the uniform price list published by the College).
- Booklist costs including novels, VCE texts, subscriptions (Edrolo etc.) and stationery; these are additional to the levies.

Discounts and sibling / family concessions
- Sibling discounts are applied to tuition based on family position (second child discount, third child concession, etc.). A Catholic family discount is available where a family has sons attending another Catholic secondary college. Early-payment discounts may also be offered. Exact discount percentages and amounts are published in the College fee schedule; examples and their application are listed in the College's fee materials.

Refunds and withdrawal policy
- The College's policy requires one term's written notice (10 weeks) to the Principal when withdrawing a student. If proper notice is not provided, 25% of the total tuition fee may be payable in lieu of notice. Student and capital levies are not refundable and are not eligible for pro-rata or part‑year discounts. Families should follow the College's withdrawal procedures to avoid penalty charges.

Late payments
- Late or missed payment arrangements can result in students being ineligible for optional extra‑curricular programs until arrangements are regularised. The College requests that families communicate promptly with the Finance Team if difficulties arise.

Fee payment options (accepted methods)
- Regular payments: direct debit from bank account (EFT) or credit card via the College direct-debit arrangements; frequency options include per term, monthly, fortnightly or weekly. Stored card or bank details are managed via the College secure portal (MyMCC / FeeAccount). For specific one-off payments the Finance Team provides the accepted channels and instructions. Contact details for fee enquiries are published by the College.

Notes for database entry
- Use the consolidated annual figure AUD 12,693 (Years 7–12 total fee including levies) as the primary annual cost for local day students in 2026; calculate per-term values by dividing the annual total by four if a term field is required (AUD 3,173.25). Where your database separates tuition and levies, record tuition and levy components separately if available. Published comparative sources also report tuition-only figures (examples: Year 7 tuition-only AUD 6,820; Year 12 tuition-only AUD 7,820) — use the school's combined published schedule for the authoritative family-cost totals.

Contact for fee account matters
- The College publishes a Finance / Accounts contact for fee queries and applications for concessions (for example CSEF eligibility and Catholic family discount forms). Families with fee-difficulty are advised to contact the Finance Team to arrange support or payment plans.
