- Application Fee: EUR 150.00.

Tuition Fees — Annual and Per Trimester (by year group and boarding option)

All tuition figures below are published annual amounts. The school's academic year is organized in trimesters; refunds and term liability are calculated by trimester. Per‑trimester amounts shown are the annual tuition divided by three (rounded to two decimal places).

- Full‑Boarding (annual / per trimester):

What is Included in Tuition

- Instruction (core and elective), textbooks and exercise books, library loans, college counseling for grades 11–12, teacher‑led tutorial assistance (3× weekly), internet access and computer lab use, weekday meals for day students, and for boarding students full accommodation and meals as specified by boarding type. Certain excursions, sports programs and transfers at the start/end of term are included for boarding students.

Required Additional Fees (not included in tuition)

- School physical education uniform set: EUR 100.00 (required of all students).
- Laundry Fee (required of all full‑ and 5‑day boarding students): EUR 400.00.
- Athletics Fee (required of students participating in competitive sports teams): EUR 250.00.
- Public Transport Pass (Klimaticket S) (required of all full‑ and 5‑day boarding students): EUR 300.00.
- Incidentals Account (required of all full‑ and 5‑day boarding students): EUR 2,000.00 (deposited with the school to cover at‑cost items such as equipment rental, pocket money, exam fees and other incidentals; remaining funds refunded at end of year or rolled forward).
- Health insurance requirement for non‑EU nationals: costs and arrangements handled via the school's business office; additional visa‑related charges are billed to families.

Possible Optional or At‑Cost Charges (charged to the Incidentals Account or billed separately)

- SAT and university test fees, transfers from Munich or Vienna airports, damage to school property, medical costs not covered by insurance, overnights for 5‑day boarders (EUR 60.00 per weekend / EUR 30.00 per day), excursion and ski trip participation for day and 5‑day boarders, German tutorial lessons (if chosen), individual music lessons, winter sports equipment rental, Advanced Placement® exam fees, and some weekend activities.

Billing Schedule and Payment Terms

- Currency and payment method: All invoices are issued in euros and bank transfer is preferred. Payments must be made in euros; bank transfer fees, exchange costs and remitter charges are the payer's responsibility. The school's bank details (for transfers) include IBAN AT84 3500 0000 0814 5054 and BIC RVSAAT2S. EU anti‑money‑laundering limits apply to large cash exchanges; transfers must originate from accounts owned by the invoiced person(s).

- Payment schedule for new enrollments (2026–2027 published schedule):
- Upon acceptance: tuition payment and Capital Levy due within 30 days.
- August 1, 2026: balance due for all new students enrolled for the 2026–2027 school year at the published rate.
- September 1, 2026: balance due with a 2% increase in tuition rate (alternate schedule options noted below).
- Instalment option (by agreement): four instalments — 25% upon enrollment; 25% by September 1, 2026; 25% by December 1, 2026; 25% by February 1, 2027 (this option applies with a 4% increase of the published tuition rate).

- Payment schedule for returning students / re‑enrollment mirrors new enrollment dates with specific deadlines (August 1 and September 1 options) and the same four‑instalment option if agreed.

- Late payments and penalties: a 5% penalty is charged for tuition payments made after October 1, 2026 unless a prior agreement signed before September 1, 2026 exists. A 5% penalty is also charged for any instalment overdue by more than 30 days. Accounts three months in arrears may result in dismissal; transcripts and diplomas may be withheld until accounts are settled.

- Sibling discount: Families with two or more children receive a 5% sibling discount on the youngest child's tuition; the Capital Levy is required only once per family.

Refunds and Withdrawals

- Application Fee and Capital Levy are non‑refundable.
- Voluntary withdrawal during the school year: parents/guardians are liable for any trimesters already begun by the student. Only unstarted trimesters are refundable, and any remaining funds in the student's incidentals account are returned.
- If a student does not arrive to begin the school year on the published start date, all payments of tuition and fees (except the Capital Levy and Application Fee) are refunded in full.
- Dismissal for serious disciplinary reasons following the school's procedures: no refund of tuition or fees will be granted.

Boarding‑Specific Notes

- Full‑boarding covers accommodation and meals seven days a week except during vacation periods. 5‑day boarding covers accommodation and meals Monday–Friday during term time except during vacation periods. Certain transfers to/from Salzburg airport or train station at start/end of term are included for boarding students. Laundry, public transport pass and the incidentals account are required for boarding students as listed above.
