BIPS-Krones operates at two locations in Graz: Münzgrabenstraße (Main) and Brockmanngasse (External facilities). The school has 12 classes, with three parallel classes at each level. English is used as the medium of instruction, alongside lessons held in German, and all English teachers are native speakers. In each year, one class is an inclusive class led by both primary school teachers and qualified special needs teachers. English is taught throughout the school, and English teachers accompany classes on field trips in English.
The school offers units in sports and exercise, including regular swimming lessons through cooperation with the movement of Styria and ATG Graz. There are ball games, dancing, yoga and many other opportunities offered from first grade up.
The main teaching language is German, with a designated native English teacher in each class. In addition to one hour of general English, geography, history and science are taught in both German and English. English teachers also accompany classes on field trips and speak to the students in English.
Afternoon courses and activities are open to all pupils, with most courses free of charge; some courses are offered by external providers and have costs. On Mondays, Chess runs from 16:10 to 17:00 at Münzgrabenstraße and Brockmanngasse. On Tuesdays, Modern Technology runs from 15:00 to 15:45. On Wednesdays, SMILE (German course) runs from 13:50 to 16:20 at Münzgrabenstraße and 13:55 to 16:25 at Brockmanngasse. On Thursdays, Modern Technology, Musical, Wholesome Nutrition and Fun with English are offered at various times (16:30 or 15:45 end times depending on activity). On Fridays, Native-language course BCS runs from 12:30 to 14:00 at Brockmanngasse.
