School runs Monday to Friday, starting at 8:30 am. Primary lessons end by 3:00 pm; secondary lessons end by 5:05 pm. The school year includes autonomous days and schedule adjustments; after-school care and various courses are available.
Application & one-time fees
- Deposit: EUR 310 (refundable after leaving the school, per contract).
- Enrolment fee: EUR 820.
- School readiness test / taster days: EUR 150 (this amount is refunded in the first school month).
- School medical certificate: EUR 70.
Tuition fees by year group (2026/27 academic year)
- Primary level (grades 0–4): EUR 8,880 per year. This is billed as EUR 740 per month on a 12 x September–August schedule.
- Secondary level I (grades 5–8): EUR 9,720 per year. This is billed as EUR 810 per month on a 12 x September–August schedule.
- Sibling discounts: second child on campus receives 15% discount; third child on campus receives 25% discount.
- Early-payment reduction: a 2% reduction on school fees is applied if the annual school fee is paid within four weeks of school entry.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Regular billing: monthly school fees are collected by direct debit and are debited from the payer's account. The published monthly amounts are based on 12 monthly instalments covering September through August.
- Additional charges: educational excursions, sports weeks and additional activities (special language courses, afternoon care, etc.) are charged separately and are not included in the standard monthly tuition.
Boarding
- Boarding is not part of the school's provision; the school operates as a day school with supervised arrival and after‑school care options.
Other costs and optional extras
- Optional services listed by the school include lunch, morning snack, early‑morning care (from 7:00 a.m. until school starts), after‑school care (until 5:00 p.m.), and holiday day‑care / school autonomous days; these services incur additional charges.
- Uniform: a school uniform is required; standard items include dark blue trousers or skirt, dark blue sweater or gilet, dark blue jumper with MCA lettering, and polo shirts / turtlenecks / blouses with the school logo. Uniform items are available to try on and order through the school office (prices are set at the school shop).
Refund information
- Security deposit (EUR 310) is refundable upon leaving the school in accordance with the school contract.
- The school readiness test / taster day fee (EUR 150) is refunded in the first school month.

Mayflower Christian Academy is a non-profit association offering a Christian education with public status recognized by the Austrian government.
