Billing schedule & payment terms
- Two instalments per academic year: 1st instalment due 30 June (1st instalment for AY 2026/27 is to be paid on or before June 2026); 2nd instalment due 31 January (to be paid on or before January 2027). New students' fees are due upon admission.

Seat reservation and refunds
- Seat reservation payment: BD 200 per student must be paid on or before 28/02/2027 and will be deducted from the 1st instalment. BD 200 paid to reserve a seat is non‑refundable and non‑transferable to siblings.
- Withdrawal and refund policy: Students withdrawing before 31 August 2026 will receive a refund after a deduction of BD 200. Withdrawal after 31 August 2026: fees are non‑refundable. Parents/guardians are responsible for timely payment and the school reserves the right to cancel seat reservations if fees are not paid as agreed.
