CSB requires a uniform. Students wear either the regular school uniform or the sports uniform each day. In winter, a school winter jacket is worn.
Two cafeterias serve both elementary and middle school with separate rooms on the first and second floors. They offer hot meals, salads, fruits, juice, and milk daily for students who purchase lunch, with service staff and faculty supervision.
CSB is governed by a six-member Board that provides strategic direction and delegates day-to-day management to the Principal. The school was founded by the Kooheji Family as a non-profit institution and is associated with the Kooheji Family's family-owned group, the Kooheji Group.
