Canadian School Bahrain operates a purpose-built campus in Diyar Al Muharraq with facilities that support academics, sports, arts, and student life. The Aquatic Centre features a six-lane, 25-meter pool with male and female changing rooms and a dedicated coach. Two Learning Commons house the library, maker spaces, and break-out rooms, with over 8,000 physical books in English and Arabic and more than 2,000 online resources, plus a UN SDG Hub for the middle school. The Science Lab is fully equipped with microscopes and chemistry sets, while classrooms are fitted with modern educational technology. Outdoor and specialty facilities include three grass fields, two full-size Padel courts, and an Equestrian Centre with four horses; the campus also features a Multipurpose Hall and a Sports Hall for indoor activities.

The Indoor Sports Hall provides space for basketball, football, and badminton, with adjustable lighting and a sound system, and the Multipurpose Hall supports sports, assemblies, and performances. Two full-size Padel Courts are available for training and clubs. Three grass fields support physical education and after-school activities, including a preschool field. The Equestrian Centre offers riding programs with four horses and a dedicated caretaker.
Science Lab is fully equipped with 13 microscopes and chemistry sets, with safety training. Classrooms are equipped with modern educational technology and designed for interactive learning, including pre-school classrooms with attached washrooms. The Learning Commons combine the library, maker spaces, and break-out rooms, offering over 8,000 physical books in English and Arabic and more than 2,000 online resources. The Art Room provides fully equipped spaces with a wide range of materials, natural lighting, and large workbenches. The Home Economics Room features a fully equipped kitchen with ovens, appliances, cookware, and safety training.
Art Room hosts weekly art classes with a wide range of materials. The Multipurpose Hall hosts performances, assemblies, and school events. The Learning Commons houses the UN SDG Hub and maker spaces to support SDG clubs.
