Uniform is required during school hours. Girls wear a striped grey pinafore dress with a grey zip hooded jacket or striped grey shorts with a white polo shirt and a grey open hooded jacket, plus a grey bucket hat with the KG Kids logo. Boys wear striped grey shorts with a white polo shirt and a grey open hooded jacket, plus a grey bucket hat with the KG Kids logo. PE uniform is a grey pair of trousers with a white polo shirt and a grey open hooded jacket, with a grey bucket hat. Winter uniform is grey sweatpants with a white polo shirt and a grey open hooded jacket. Footwear can be any colour; Velcro straps are recommended for easy removal. Each child must wear a KG Kids backpack; trolley bags are not permitted. Uniforms are purchasable from House of Uniforms, Tala Plaza, Segaya Branch.
Parents provide a healthy and nutritious snack box from home; the school does not provide food. Snacks should not include crisps, chocolate, chewing gum, sweets, or fizzy drinks. Snack times occur in classrooms under teacher supervision, with hands washed before and after eating and gratitude offered before meals. Children sit to eat and are encouraged to tidy up after themselves.
The school is British-owned and managed. The management is Lanceley Consulting, KG Kids Nursery, KG Kids Pre-School, Palms School, and BePro Training Centre. Janet Lanceley is the founder, owner and chairperson of the Board of Directors of Lanceley Holdings.
