- Spring Term (January–April): invoice raised in early September of the previous calendar year; tuition is to be paid in full on or before November 1.
- Summer Term (April–June): invoice raised in early November of the previous calendar year; tuition is to be paid in full on or before January 1.
- Termly re-registration is completed by paying the term's tuition and any required learning-support fees in full by the invoice due date. Failure to pay by the due date may result in the cancellation of the child's seat.
- Half-term and mid-term joiners/leavers: specific rules apply for half-term charges and withdrawals; full or half-term fees may be charged depending on when a child joins or leaves.

Refund and withdrawal policy
- At least one term's notice is required when withdrawing a child. Written notice must be received by specified deadlines to avoid billing for the following term. Late notification incurs a BD 500 charge for the following term.
- When a child leaves before the beginning of a term, a full refund of tuition (and any required learning-support fees) will be made if the school receives written notice by the stated withdrawal deadlines for each term (dates specified in the fee policy). Refunds are not given except as outlined in the policy. Force majeure closures do not entitle parents to refunds.

Other costs and optional fees
- Optional fees may include school trips (local and international), after-school activities, and after-school care. VAT will be added to optional fees where applicable under Bahrain VAT law.
