The Nadeen School provides enrichment beyond the core curriculum. Learners participate in clubs, sports, and the arts to develop thinking, collaboration, and problem-solving. The enrichment program links to High Performance Learning (HPL) with ACPs and VAAs to foster thinking skills and character development.

The Nadeen School uses the National Curriculum for England as its framework in Bahrain. Mandarin has been introduced to the Secondary School curriculum. International Week provides cultural learning experiences and global awareness throughout the year.

The school follows High Performance Learning (HPL) and is a Google for Education Reference School, reflecting a focus on thinking skills and technology integration. Year 12 is planned to join in 2026–2027.
