New Generation Private School is located in Juffair, in the capital area of Manama, Bahrain. The campus sits on a 10,000 sqm plot with a built-up area of 21,000 sqm, in a central neighbourhood with easy road access. There is dedicated bus parking and the school works with an external transport provider to serve families across Bahrain.
Early Years Foundation Stage (Nursery to Reception) for children aged 3 to 5. Primary and Middle School cover Key Stage 1 and 2, with a progression to Grade 9.
Co-educational day school.
NGPS provides support through two social counselors. It emphasises inclusive education, but specific SEN provisions are not published in public materials.
British affiliation; Cambridge curriculum; COBIS accreditation.
Islamic Bahraini values are embedded in the school community; the majority of students are Muslim; it is not a religious school.
The day for Primary and Middle School starts at 07:00 with an assembly for G1 to G9. There are two breaks during the day; school ends at 13:30 for bus students and at 13:45 for car pickup.
Transportation across Bahrain is provided via an external independent transport company; there is a dedicated parking area for school buses; transport registration is through the Finance Department at 17235000 or 77235000; bus rules include seat belts and restrictions on eating or distracting the driver.

- Registration fee for new students: BHD 65.
- New-student assessment fee: BHD 35.
Tuition — Advance termly payment option (three-term structure)
- KG: Annual tuition BHD 1,250; three-term instalment BHD 417; books paid in advance BHD 80. First instalment + books payable upon successful registration (July 2025).
- KG1: Annual tuition BHD 1,400; three-term instalment BHD 467; books paid in advance BHD 100.
- KG2: Annual tuition BHD 1,500; three-term instalment BHD 500; books paid in advance BHD 100. Second instalment payable on 12 December 2025.
- Grade 1–5: Annual tuition BHD 1,675; three-term instalment BHD 558; books paid in advance BHD 125.
- Grade 6–8: Annual tuition BHD 1,825; three-term instalment BHD 608; books paid in advance BHD 150. Third instalment payable on 12 March 2026.

Examination and assessment charges
- Cambridge Checkpoint fee: BHD 50 (applicable for Grade 5 and Grade 8).
- Cambridge IGCSE: BHD 55 per subject (to be paid in advance).
Billing schedule and payment terms
- For the three-term option: instalment due dates are staggered (first instalment and books due on successful registration in July, second instalment due 12 December, third instalment due 12 March).
- For the 9-installment option: the first fee is payable on registration; subsequent monthly instalments are to be paid within the first week of the relevant month or as agreed with the Accounts Department.
- All fees are to be paid to the Accounts Department via Cash, Card and BenefitPay. Parents are required to settle payment before enrollment.
Boarding fees
- No boarding provision or boarding fees are listed. Boarding is not applicable.
Other costs and requirements
- Textbooks: books are mandatory, must be purchased from the school, and the cost of textbooks is non-refundable; the school lists a books-paid-advance charge by year group as noted above.
- Uniforms: specific uniform items are required by year group (Nursery–KG2 and Grade 1–9 lists of shirts, bottoms, ties, footwear, and optional vest/coat details). Uniform item prices are not listed.

Refund information and withdrawal terms
- Application form acceptance and registration fees are non-refundable. Textbook costs are non-refundable.
- Withdrawal refunds schedule:
- If withdrawal is made before 15 August, the school will retain BHD 250 and refund the balance.
- If withdrawal is made between 16 August and the first day of school, no refund will be made.
- If withdrawal is made within the first 21 days of school, 70% of the second instalment will be refundable.
- If withdrawal is made on October 1st or thereafter, no refund of the second instalment will be made.
- Outstanding fees must be cleared before registration for the next academic year; the school may withhold report cards/student files or refuse entry if fees are not settled, and reserves the right to take action in case of non-payment.
