Admissions

Registration Procedures: For Grade One and Above: 1 The parent must attend personally with the student for the interview. The new student must take a placement test on a date determined by the school administration for students entering Grade 1 and above. The parent will be informed of the student's result the day after the test. If the student passes the placement test, the parent may proceed with the registration process and submit all required registration documents to the registration officer in the administration. Registration Requirements: 1 Payment of registration fees. 2 Payment of book fees according to the fee schedule. 3 Payment of tuition fees for April May June 2025 for Kindergarten students. 4 Payment of June 2025 tuition fees for school students. 5 Submission of the completed registration form along with the following documents: two recent passport-sized photos of the student; a valid copy of the student's Smart Card (mandatory); a valid copy of the student's passport (with the residence permit if the student is non-Bahraini) (mandatory); a copy of the birth certificate (mandatory); a copy of the student's vaccination record (mandatory); a medical examination report for students entering Grade 1 (mandatory); a valid copy of the parent's ID card or passport (mandatory); a copy of the first semester report card for the student's current grade; copies of the student's report cards or transcripts for the past two academic years (if available); a copy of the equivalency certificate for the last completed grade, attested by the Ministry of Education, for students transferring from schools outside the Kingdom; a withdrawal letter or transfer certificate from the previous school; certificates of good conduct and clearance for the student (the previous school may combine these with the withdrawal letter or transfer certificate mentioned above). 6 Fill out the Student Health Status Form (mandatory). 7 Fill out the Student School Transportation Request Form (optional). 8 Submit the remaining required documents mentioned in point five as soon as possible, before classes are full. Registration Policy: Registration is based on a first-come, first-served policy, with two days to complete all steps due to limited seats and high demand. No seat will be reserved until all requirements are fulfilled, including payment of fees, completion and submission of all forms, and presentation of the necessary documents. A student will only be accepted upon submission of the final study certificate from the previous school. For students transferring from other schools, complete the student transfer process using the Bahrain National Portal Bahrain.bh within the period specified by the Ministry of Education to ensure official registration in the Ministry's class lists after completing school registration. Re-registration Policy: Students who previously withdrew from the school for any reason will not be accepted.
