Pre‑Nursery flexible attendance options (term and annual rates published for early years)

Billing schedule and payment terms

- The academic year is organised into three terms (Term One, Term Two and Term Three). Term dates for 2025–2026 are published (for example: Term One 27 August – 15 December 2025; Term Two 5 January – 31 March 2026; Term Three 6 April – 25 June 2026). Invoices and deadlines follow the term structure.
- To reserve a place, the fee specified in the offer letter must be paid.
- Parents are required to pay all fees prior to the commencement of each term; no learner will be admitted until fees for that term are paid in full.
- Invoices for annual fees are issued at enrolment for new learners. For existing learners, invoices are distributed ten weeks prior to the end of the term, with payment due four weeks prior to the end of that term.
- Late payment incurs a penalty fee of BHD 100. Non‑payment may result in immediate termination of class attendance until outstanding balances are cleared.

Other optional or variable charges

- Charges may apply for before‑ and after‑school care, specific school outings, international trips, and after‑school activities. Fees and arrangements for these activities are notified separately and must be paid to participate.
- Uniform is required; a uniform catalogue is provided by the school but specific uniform prices are not listed on the published fee summary.

Refund information

- All refund requests must be made in writing to the Admissions Department. Fees received up to and including the current term are non‑refundable under any circumstances. Fees already received for future terms are refundable provided one full term's written notice of withdrawal is given. The school is not liable to refund fees if the school (or part of it) is closed temporarily or permanently due to civil unrest, pandemic, or other reasons stated in the school's policy.

Boarding

- No boarding provision or boarding fees are listed; the school operates as a day school with no published boarding charges.

Fee payment methods and related details

- Preferred method of payment: bank transfer. Parents are responsible for any bank and transfer charges. Cash or cheques may be paid directly to the Admissions Department; cheques should be made payable to "Quest School."
- The school may take recovery action and recover reasonable costs if fees remain outstanding. Students with unpaid fees may be prevented from participating in chargeable activities until payments are cleared. Sibling discounts are available.
