The Asian School hosts intra-school and inter-school competitions to develop intellectual skills. Competitions include Spell Bee, Sastra Pratibha Science Talent, and TIMS, along with various quizzes and debates. The school also conducts the Indian International Model United Nations (IIMUN) and a range of national-level contests such as Math Olympiad and Green Olympiad, recognizing top performers.
Music is taught in a dedicated Music Room, and the School Band, established in 1992, performs at school events and at external venues. The arts program includes painting and drawing, with competitions such as Big Canvas and Palette to showcase student creativity.
Language and culture competitions are held, including Hindi language events for Vishwa Hindi Divas and French language competitions for French Day. Talent Fest honors include Kalashiromani (Female) and Kalapraveen (Male).
Sports and recreational activities are integral, with indoor/outdoor games such as football, basketball, badminton, volleyball/throwball, table tennis, chess, carroms, and track and field. The school has a regulation-size football ground, three outdoor basketball courts, an indoor court in the Multi-Purpose Auditorium, and a long jump pit.

Yoga is integrated into the curriculum for classes IX to X, with one period per week and encouragement to practice daily outside school. Facilities support a robust physical program, including a regulation football ground, multiple outdoor basketball courts, an indoor court in the auditorium, and a long jump pit.
