ISC-Manama follows the SABIS Educational System with an international curriculum for Kindergarten through Grade 12. The curriculum develops fluency in English, Arabic, and an additional world language of the student's choice, with strong emphasis on English, mathematics, and the sciences in secondary grades. It covers a broad range of subjects, including social studies, music, fine arts, physical education, psychology, economics, computer studies, and non-traditional subjects such as robotics, 3D printing, and web development. The school prepares students for external exams such as the British-based IGCSEs and the U.S.-based Advanced Placement program.
Music and arts are part of student life, with opportunities supported through the SABIS Student Life Organization and related activities.

The International School of Choueifat - Manama (ISC Manama) is part of the global SABIS Network operating in 21 countries. Founded in 2006 on Amwaj Islands, the school offers the SABIS educational system from Kindergarten through High School with STEAM, robotics, and science fair programmes.
