An orientation for students took place on July 23, 2023, with higher grades to be added gradually—one class per year. The school is led by Principal (Honorary) Col. Mohammad Quasem (Retd.), who has held senior leadership roles in other institutions and defence education. An advisory committee provides strategic guidance and includes university academics and a retired Brigadier General. The campus is located in Chandgaon, and the curriculum integrates the Cambridge International Curriculum with Islamic Education to develop balanced, globally aware learners.
The school maintains a robust calendar of community and cultural events hosted on campus. Notable activities include First Day at School for the 2024–25 session, a Book Festival, and events such as Grandparents Day, World Arabic Language Day, and national and religious observances like Independence Day and Eid gatherings. These events reflect active family and community participation alongside student learning, with numerous entries listed under News & Events for 2023–2024. The school also conducts celebrations such as Ramadan gifts programs and community-oriented activities like fruit festivals and open-day events.
Parent involvement is organized through parenting sessions and regular knowledge-sharing discussions for parents. There is a formal Parents-Management View Exchange Meeting held on campus, illustrating structured avenues for parent input and dialogue with school leadership. While the site does not name a standalone PTA, these activities function as the school's primary parent-engagement platforms, complemented by events such as Grandparents Day and community meetings documented in News & Events. Examples include the Parents-Management View Exchange Meeting in 2024 and ongoing parenting sessions aimed at fostering collaboration between families and the school.
