Governing body is the Board of Governors. The Chairman is Brigadier General Md Mahbubur Rasel, SGP, ndc, psc of the Bangladesh Army. The board includes guardian representatives Maj Saad Muhammad Shehab (Retd) and Asst Prof. Mst. Nasrin Sultana; army officers Lt Col Md Kamrul Hasan, Maj Mohiuddin Ahmed Mojumder, and Maj Md Akther Hossan as co-opt members; teacher representatives Dr Kaniz Fatema and Aminur Rahman; and the Principal Lt Col Mehedi Hasan Shahriar, MPhil, AEC, serves as Member Secretary.
Bangladesh International School and College is a comprehensive School & College campus supporting academic study and personal growth. An Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC) will enable easy access to library resources, supporting independent research. The grounds feature a large playground with regular games classes and facilities for football, cricket, handball, and badminton, and there is a designated prayer room for teachers and students.
