Bangladesh International Tutorial – Gulshan is an English-medium international school in Dhaka offering Cambridge IGCSE and Cambridge A Levels. The Gulshan campus (House-36, Road-43, Gulshan-2) includes KG, Coed and Girls sections, while a separate Uttara campus serves older students. Opened in 1983 by Founder Principal Ms Lubna Choudhury, the school follows GCE syllabi across all subjects. Bengali is compulsory for Bangladeshi students; French is compulsory from class II; Chinese is optional. IGCSE subjects include English Language, Bengali, French, Chinese, English Literature, STEM, and more; A-Levels cover Art, Biology, Chemistry, Economics, English Literature, French, Mathematics, Physics, Law, and Business Studies. Students who take IGCSE in Chinese may receive a 100% scholarship for their A-Levels. Facilities include German-built science laboratories, libraries, an auditorium, multimedia classrooms, and martial-arts spaces. The school runs BITMUN, Duke of Edinburgh Awards, NAC Cup, and language/arts activities across campuses. The campus network supports a broad co-curricular calendar across Dhaka city campuses.
