BIT operates a Uttara campus on a 16 bigha site in Dhaka. Nine bighas are dedicated to football, volleyball, basketball and badminton fields. The remaining seven bighas are allocated for the development of school structures, including two large buildings for the Junior School and the Senior School, serving classes from PG to XII. The Uttara campus is located at Plot 13, Road 1/A, Sector 14, Uttara Model Town, Dhaka 1230. BIT was opened in January 1983 by Founder Principal Ms Lubna Choudhury.
Nine bighas on the Uttara campus are dedicated to football, volleyball, basketball and badminton fields. The grounds provide space for training and matches for BIT students. The sports facilities are integrated within the campus layout alongside academic spaces. The campus uses these fields as part of its overall facilities.
Two large buildings have been constructed on 5.5 acres (17 bighas) to house the Junior School and the Senior School. The Junior School and Senior School offer classes from PG to XII. The Uttara campus houses these two buildings and supports the two-school structure on site. BIT was established in January 1983 by Founder Principal Ms Lubna Choudhury.
BITMUN, the Bangladesh International Tutorial Model United Nations, is hosted by BIT with editions such as BITMUN 2019, BITMUN 2018, and BITMUN 2017. The school organized BIT Lit & Art Festival in 2025 and BIT Summer Camp in 2025. The NAC Cup is one of BIT's extracurricular sports events.
Bangladesh International Tutorial operates from a substantial 16-bigha campus in Uttara, Dhaka, offering education from play group through Grade XII. The school provides IGCSE and national curriculum programmes alongside Chinese and French language options.
