Fees
Application / Registration fees
- Application processing fee: BDT 500 (non‑refundable).
- An Admission Fee is payable at the time a student's admission is confirmed; the school does not publish a single uniform public figure for this Admission Fee. OIS does not charge a separate re‑admission fee each year.

Tuition fees (per year / per term)
- The school does not publish fixed tuition amounts by year group on its public prospectus or admission pages. Tuition and administrative charges for the full academic year are billed in six equal installments (bi‑monthly). Each installment therefore represents one‑sixth of the annual tuition + admin charge. Installment‑1 is invoiced at enrollment and includes charges for books & copies.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Billing rhythm: annual tuition and admin fees are divided into six equal bi‑monthly installments across the academic year (installments due every two months). Installment‑1 is issued at enrollment and includes books & copies charges. Section allocation and class routine are linked to installment payment clearance.
- Payment windows: the school operates in‑house bank payment booths that open several days before each installment deadline (booths typically open 5 days prior and remain available for 7–10 days). Parents may also pay online.

Accepted payment methods and gateways
- Online and electronic payments: Moneybag payment gateway (integrated with OIS/FEMS) is used for online fee payments; electronic methods listed include bKash, Nagad, VISA and MASTERCARD via the school's payment gateway. Parents with online banking access may pay from home using credit/debit cards or mobile wallets through the gateway.
- Bank channels: prescribed bank payment channels are used for installment invoices and the admissions payment process; in‑house bank payment booths are available at campuses.

Boarding / Hostel
- Boarding is not listed as a service or facility; OIS operates multiple day campuses (Dhanmondi, Gulshan, Uttara, Banasree, Old Dhaka) and does not publish boarding/hostel fees. Transport (branded air‑conditioned school buses) is available as a separate service.

Other costs and recurring extras
- Books & Copies: charged on Installment‑1 and payable through the prescribed payment channels; book lists are provided after admission/enrollment.
- Uniform: school uniform must be tailored by OIS‑prescribed uniform makers; uniform charges are handled separately and details are available from the Admissions Office.
- Transport: school transport service is available (air‑conditioned branded buses); transport fees are charged separately but specific route/fee schedules are not published publicly.
- Examination / external exam charges: OIS is an approved Cambridge Assessment (CAIE) exam venue; CAIE exam-related fees (entries, examination fees) are charged to candidates where applicable. Specific exam fee amounts are not published in the public prospectus.
- Scholarships & concessions: merit scholarships (up to 75% tuition in specified circumstances) and financial concessions are offered under the school's terms and conditions; these modify tuition liability where granted.

Refunds and non‑refundable items
- The application processing fee is explicitly non‑refundable. Other refund rules (for Admission Fee, tuition, books, transport, exam fees or similar) are not published as a single public policy in the available prospectus material.

Payment fines, penalties, and payment clearance
- Section allocation and class routine may be contingent on installment payment clearance. Specific late‑payment fines, disciplinary penalties or refund formulas are not provided in the publicly available prospectus.

Summary of key actionable points for parents (facts only):
- Pay a non‑refundable application processing fee of BDT 500 when submitting the application.
- Expect an Admission Fee invoice at the time of confirmed admission; the school issues Installment‑1 at enrollment (this includes book & copy charges). Annual tuition + admin fees are collected as six equal installments every two months.
- Available payment methods include in‑house bank payment booths, prescribed bank channels, and the Moneybag/FEMS online gateway supporting bKash, Nagad and major credit/debit cards.
- Boarding is not applicable; transportation is available for an additional fee (amounts and route pricing are not published).

Note on numeric tuition amounts: the school's publicly available prospectus and admissions materials describe the billing structure, payment methods and a small number of fixed charges (for example the application processing fee), but do not publish numeric tuition fee tables by year group or per‑term amounts in the materials available for 2024–2026. Because the prospectus and admission information are the school's published materials, no per‑year numeric tuition figures are included here unless the school publishes them as part of a fee schedule or invoice.
