Scholastica School – Gulshan Campus offers pre-school through A Levels for ages 3 to 18, with English as the medium of instruction and Bangla given equal emphasis. The Cambridge International Examinations pathway leads to O Level and A Level certificates, administered by the British Council in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Established in 1977 by Mrs. Yasmeen Murshed, Scholastica operates campuses across Dhaka, including Gulshan. The Gulshan campus is a custom-built facility with air-conditioned classrooms, an indoor multipurpose hall, and outdoor hard courts. Facilities include science and IT labs, a library with internet access, a teacher resource center, a cafeteria, and a bookshop; Mirpur houses a swimming pool. Bangla is a core subject from KG I to X, with Bangladesh Studies taught from Class III to VIII; French is offered after school. Career Day and a summer internship program foster early career exposure, complemented by international sports and trips abroad within the Scholastica network.
