Review the fundamental documents: the Charter of Educational Principles, the Internal Regulations, the Notice on Minerval and tuition fees, the School Calendar, and the Charter on screen usage. If you are in full alignment with the project, you can submit the online registration via the provided link. After the dossier is submitted, it is reviewed by the school. The school contacts the parents with the outcome: the dossier is placed on a waiting list, approved, or refused. If the child meets admission conditions, you will be invited to confirm your engagement by paying the registration fees. Open house days and information evenings for different levels are scheduled, with sign‑up available online.
After the dossier is reviewed, if a place is not available, the enrollment file is placed on a waiting list. Parents are informed of the follow‑up: waiting list, approved, or refused.
The ARDEA Foundation offers a scholarship program for families with limited means who share the school's educational principles. Applications for scholarships should be submitted to the Foundation upon acceptance of the enrollment file, subject to funds available.
Agnes School is a private Catholic language-immersion day school. Located in Brussels across two campuses: pre-primary and primary at Rue Louis Hap 143 in Etterbeek, and secondary at Avenue Père Damien 31 in Woluwe Saint Pierre. The school combines an immersion-based curriculum with a Catholic ethos.
