The school focuses on each individual and accompanies pupils in their search for academic and human excellence. There is close collaboration with families, with frequent meetings and training to support parents in their mission. Pupils receive individual support from the start of pre-primary, and from the first year of primary they benefit from coaching to help them know themselves, identify strengths and weaknesses, and define development points and the means to achieve them. The environment is designed to be warm and family-like to support well-being and personal growth. [Source: House Rules EN PDF]
From pre-primary onward, pupils receive individual support. The school has been a member of a psycho-medico-social centre (CLB) since January 2019 to access guidance and expert advice. The designated referral centre for Agnes School is Centre GO! CLB Brussel. The PMS/CLB framework provides welfare and developmental support for pupils as part of the school's inclusion, safeguarding and well-being provisions. [Source: House Rules EN PDF]

The pupil-welfare framework centers on safety and well-being, underpinned by a Code of Conduct and Protection of Minors. The Code requires staff to report any inappropriate behavior to the director without delay and covers prevention and reporting of abuse or serious transgressions. The PMS/CLB partnership provides welfare support, including access to expert advice and, where appropriate, medical checks. Early-year coaching helps pupils learn about themselves and develop resilience. [Source: House Rules EN PDF]
Agnes School has adopted a Code of Conduct and Protection of Minors, and places the safety and well-being of children above all considerations. Staff are required to report any misconduct or threats to the physical or moral integrity of children to the director without delay. The Code addresses prevention of transgressive behavior and how to report abuse or serious transgressive behavior involving a student. The school complies with GDPR to protect personal data, using it only for educational purposes and providing parents with access to their data as needed. [Source: House Rules EN PDF]
